Top 3 Tips for Staying Sane and Healthy in Quarantine

I just wanted to share some things that are keeping me healthy in Quarantine. Staying sane and positive in these scary and challenging times is not easy. I don’t have all the answers, but I wanted to share some things that are helping in the hope they will provide some hope and help for you.

  1. PRACTICE/RITUAL: Have a daily practice of some sort. Find some way to move your body. I never seemed to have time for Yoga BCV (before Corona Virus), but now it is a lifesaver. I live in Aspen and when I do make it to Yoga, I love going to Aspen Shakti. The owner Jayne Gottlieb and her team have been doing amazing things online on their YouTube Channel.

3. GRATEFUL/UPLIFTING: Focus daily on what you are grateful for. I’m sure you hear this a lot, but if this Virus teaches us anything, it is that life is precious and we must treasure our family, friends, planet, and pets. Find something uplifting to read daily, there is so much that is tragic and negative, try to find things that make you smile.
