I’m originally from Queenstown, New Zealand; now an Aspen local. I have the highest level of certification and I’m also an NZSIA Trainer/Examiner. I love every aspect of the ski industry, especially teaching and coaching. From toddlers to “nervous nellies”, “thrill seekers”, racers: I love to ski with all who want to slide on snow and have fun. I live for outdoor activities, especially water sports, doesn’t matter if it’s frozen or not! A lifelong learner, I enjoy sharing my passion for skiing with all.  My ethos is to enjoy life to the fullest.

Chino Martinez

Chino Martinez

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina he fell in love with skiing at the age of 3 skiing in Barlioche and San Martin de los Andes. Chino is a fully certified instructor and has taught skiing and guided around the world from Aspen, to the Dolomites, to Niseko, Courchevel, and to Portillo in Chile. Everett Potter in Forbes says “Martinez is one of those rare birds, the unusual combo of a great skier and a great teacher, effortlessly multilingual, with an extensive network of both clients and ski resort CEO’s and friends”.

Kimberly Mann

Kimberly is a full certified ski pro based out of Aspen Mtn. She is also a trainer for the Ski and Snowboards Schools of Aspen and a divisional trainer and examiner for the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA). Kimberly has lived and taught skiing all over the world including the exclusive resort of Portillo in Chile.  She has represented California and Colorado at the PSIA National Team Selection.  Kimberly excels in helping skiers dial- in their technique and progress their skiing to off-piste terrain, bigger mountain experiences and higher performance skiing. Kimberly is also fluent in French and Spanish.

Tim Cafe

Tim Cafe is a ski instructor in Aspen, a coach, an olympian and a guide for your worldwide ski needs.

Tim is a New Zealander; he grew up skiing Coronet Peak in Queenstown. He raced throughout his childhood and eventually made the NZ Alpine Racing Team in 2005. He went on to compete in World Cup competitions and represented New Zealand at the 2010 Olympics in Super-G. His best result in international competition was 31st in the 2011 World Championships in Garmisch, also in Super-G. After retiring from racing in 2011 Tim became a ski instructor and examiner for the NZ Ski Instructors alliance, shifting to share his love for the sport with skiers all over the globe. Tim has worked in Aspen, Colorado as a ski instructor and trainer since 2012, as well as coaching the NZ Women’s Alpine Race team athlete Alice Robinson through to World-Cup podium level.

During his time in Aspen he recognised a need for hosted trips mainly to Europe and other parts of the world such as Iceland, Chile and New Zealand. He has extensive experience skiing all over the European Alps and has organised and hosted specialized trips for clients in Zermatt, Lech, Courchevel, St Moritz, Ischgl, Portillo, Valle Nevado and on the Troll Peninsula of Iceland.

Dean Hill

Dean is your guide for all adventures in the snow. Based in Aspen, Colorado, this soft spoken Australian is an accomplished snow sports enthusiast with a wealth of knowledge and he is excited to share his passion with guests at every level.  An accomplished Snowboarder, Skier and Skimo competitor he specializes in training clients for their next custom adventure.  Let him guide you up and down the mountain, using a chairlift, helicopter or your own two legs.  Follow his passion on Instagram and Facebook then jump in and join the fun!

Russ Kauff

A long-time instructor, trainer of instructors, alpine race coach, and racer, Russ hangs his hat in Aspen, Colorado, and in Wanaka, New Zealand. Before relocating from his home in Vermont to the Rocky Mountains, Russ was a member of the Educational Staff of the Eastern Division of PSIA and was Director of the legendary Sugarbush Ski & Ride School. He holds the highest PSIA instructor certification in addition to children’s and freestyle accreditations, and Russ is a member of the Nordica Factory Team and a POC Ambassador. At the center of all of Russ’s broad experience and what really drives his passion for teaching snow sports is crafting exceptional experiences for as wide a variety of guests as he can. Kids and adults, beginners and experts, on-piste and off, nervous and confident – the goal is always to enable skiers of every age and every type to find even more fun and satisfaction from this amazing sport.
