A controversial topic amongst Chilean, the origin of Pisco is Chile and Peru. While both countries have differences in the production process and some would say flavor. One thing is sure, the amber colored brandy is delicious when mixed with lemon juice and powdered sugared and prepared into a Pisco Sour.
