Aztech Men’s Ski Wear 2015 – 2016

If you haven’t heard of the brand Aztech, now is the time to make sure it is on your radar for the 2015 – 2016 ski season before it sells out.  Aztech’s founder is Aspen bred Heifara Rutgers who created this men’s only ski wear line that is as technical as it is fashion forward. This year, the line could only be found at Performance Ski Aspen and Barneys in NY. Distribution is growing for the coming season and they also have an online shop. The word is getting out about this high quality brand with clean and classic lines,  steeped in ski tradition.

Aspen history plays a big role in the entire line, Aztech is named after Aspen Mountain’s famous black diamond run, Aztec. Their “Berko” shirt is a flannel shirt lined with images by renowned Aspen ski photographer Ferenc Berko. Their “Nuke” suit is made to protect you from the elements and keep you looking good at the same time, whether you are in the high alpine hiking Highland’s Bowl or just ripping groomers. Their “Smuggler” zip fleece is named after the Smuggler Mine and hiking trail on Red Mountain.
