Apres Ski Cocktail Recipe

Four Roses: The Bumble Bee’s Knees by Gary Crunkleton of The Crunkleton, Chapel Hill, NC

After a cold day skiing, warm up with this delicious and aromatic cocktail.

2 ounces Four Roses Bourbon Yellow Label
1 ounce Krupnikas (spiced honey liqueur)
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-ounce fresh whole milk
½ ounce honey
1 egg white
2-3 dashes aromatic bitters
Dried juniper berries for garnish

Mix first 6 ingredients into a mixing glass and shake without ice dry shake for about 30 seconds. Add cubed ice and resume shaking for 60 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass WHAT KIND OF GLASS, garnish with three dried juniper berries, then top with a couple dashes of bitters.
