Lynsey Dyer has produced and starred in the first-ever crowd-sourced, crowd-funded all-women’s ski movie. The film is called “Pretty Faces” and has been a passion project for Dyer. A big mountain free skier and film star, Lynsey is also one of the founders of a non profit organization called SheJumps. She founded this organization to inspire young girls to get outside and follow their passions. She wanted to do this by providing positive role models of women who were positive, strong, and courageous. Dyer said, “we want to show females everywhere: “if she can do it, so can I.” Eddie Bauer is a presenting sponsor and it has been the most successful actions sports Kickstarter campaign to date. Until now the only female ski movie was “No man’s land” by Christian Begin in 1998. It’s been way too long.
